Show Schedule
Below is the full schedule for the Atlanta Pen Show 2026. Times are listed in Eastern Time. Weekend Pass holders receive early admission and access to after-hours events; Daily Pass holders receive general public entry during regular show hours.
At a Glance
- Thursday: Dealer / vendor setup only (no public admission)
- Friday: First show day – early entry for Weekend Pass, general public at noon
- Saturday: Full show day – early entry for Weekend Pass, Pen Show After Dark in the evening
- Sunday: Final show day – door prize drawing at 3:00pm, show closes at 5:00pm
You must be present to win any drawings. Dealers and table holders are not eligible for the Sunday door prize.
Thursday – Dealer Setup
Thursday Evening
- 5:00pm – 9:00pm – Dealer / vendor setup only
Note: Thursday is not open to the public. This time is reserved for exhibitors to set up their tables.
Friday – Opening Day
Morning
- 8:00am – 10:00am – Registration & setup (dealers and Weekend Pass holders)
- 11:00am – Early admission for Weekend Pass holders
- 12:00pm – Show opens to the general public
Afternoon
- Seminars: To be announced (TBA)
Evening
- 5:00pm – Show floor closes for the day
- 6:00pm – Cookout for table holders and Weekend Pass registrants
- 6:00pm – Doors locked, no re-entry
Saturday – Main Show Day
Morning
- 8:00am – Registration & setup (dealers and Weekend Pass holders)
- 9:00am – Early admission for Weekend Pass holders
- 10:00am – Show opens to the general public
Afternoon

Evening & After-Hours Events
- 5:00pm – Show floor closes for the day
- 6:00pm – Doors locked, no re-entry
- 6:00pm – 7:00pm – Pizza party for table holders and Weekend Pass traders

Tip: If you want maximum show time, early access to nib specialists, and access to the after-hours events, choose a Weekend Pass. If you only plan to attend one day during general hours, a Daily Pass is perfect.
