Atlanta Pen Show Refund Policy
Event Tickets
All ticket sales for the Atlanta Pen Show are final. Because event attendance is capacity-limited and show expenses are committed in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual at no additional charge. Please email info@atlpenshow.com with your order number and the new attendee’s full name no later than 14 days before the show to complete a transfer.
Vendor Tables
Vendor table reservations are non-refundable once purchased. This policy ensures fairness to all exhibitors and helps us maintain accurate show planning and floor layouts.
If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your table to another qualified vendor with prior approval from the show organizers. Transfer requests must be submitted by email to info@atlpenshow.com no later than 30 days before the event.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that the Atlanta Pen Show is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, all ticket holders and vendors will be notified immediately.

If the event is canceled, full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will automatically transfer to the new dates. Refunds will be available upon request within 14 days of the announcement.
