Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.

  • All displayed or sold items must be appropriate for a family-friendly setting.

  • Vendors must comply with all venue, safety, and local business regulations.

  • Booth setups must remain within the boundaries of assigned spaces.

The Atlanta Pen Show and its organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event.


5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Atlanta Pen Show is at your own risk. By attending or exhibiting, you agree that the organizers, sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft that may occur before, during, or after the event.

We are not responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, or inaccuracies on this website.


6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
